Actually a good experience looking for a car at Auto Nation Honda. The salesman was very friendly & knowledgeable and never pushy.. First off the parts guy (I want to say Bill) was great. Quickly got me the parts (tires) I needed. I have worked.with him before (but I am bad at remembering names) and he has always been awesome! Had a tire blowout on highway 10. Highway patrol put on the spare and said we needed to have a new tire put on asap as we had 100 miles to get home. Searched the nearest Honda dealers Highway patrol put on the spare and said we needed to have a new tire put on asap as we had 100 miles to get home. Searched the nearest Honda dealership and found AutoNation. Called and they told me to come on in. They replaced with the exact tire as the rest and checked the brakes and battery and sent us off! ( mind you, we are two old ladies that are new to Arizona) They were professional, kind and prompt. Very happy with the service. Was so relieved to get home safe! More

Carlos knew we were looking for a new car but barely any available. He emailed that new cars had arrived. I looked and there was one Hrv that looked interesting. Called and he brought it to our home and at available. He emailed that new cars had arrived. I looked and there was one Hrv that looked interesting. Called and he brought it to our home and at same time did preliminary evaluation of our Prius for trade in. The numbers looked right and a few days later I brought in the Prius for further evaluation. It was a smooth transaction, the numbers he had quoted initially didn't change and I was out in 3 hours with a new car. Good job, Carlos More
