Staff was courteous and respectful, but service took 3. 0hrs instead of the 1.5hrs they told me during the check-in. Appeared to me that they're suffering from short staffing like everybody else. The one thing I really didn't like was that if your service rep was not around, most of the other reps just ignore you. At other dealerships, if your rep is out for an extended time, they'll leave one of the other reps to cover for them. The ignoring game not only is back for business, but it shows a poor management and it looks just plain childish. More
