I do not know why you bother scheduling appointments. I brought my car in on March 1. The dashboard light indicating an airbag problem was on. My appointment was 9:15 AM. I was there a little early. I was checked in and my car was driven away at about 9:20 AM. Nothing happened until 11:55 AM when I was advised that the diagnosis of the problem was complete. What! Almost 2 1/2 hours to get the diagnosis done. It was then more than an hour before the car was repaired. Obviously no one started the diagnosis until long after the car had been driven away. I had to sit and wait for close to four hours for a job that could’ve been done in a relatively short time. I understand that you were very busy, but again, why appointments if they mean nothing. More
