We paid cash for a Honda CRV EX-L. Everything was going good until the finance manager called us in to go over paperwork. What he really wanted to do was bully us into purchasing a VERY expensive insurance plan to cover the electronics of the car. He started at $3,400! As I kept saying "no" he kept dropping the price. This was just another way of getting another $3,400 dollars out of us! Beware! More
We had a great experience with Joe at AutoNation Honda purchasing a new Civic. With vehicle supply low, we appreciated the sales department going out of their way to find us a car that was already on orde purchasing a new Civic. In the AM when I called in for a service appt. the phone rang many many times, finally picked up by machine saying I would be called back. No call by mid afternoon. I called the next day and a lady answered and I was able to make an appointment. On 2/24I arrived and John Beeman was very courteous and got my service appt. started. My car problem was sometimes the ignition would not start the car the first time tried. Battery or starter? After reading my invoice in section A, I read where the battery tested - No attention needed at this time but then in section B it said starter needed and BATTERY needed replaced BATTERY. Did he battery really need to be replaced? The starter was not in stock so it was ordered. The first appt. I could get to have it replaced when I was also available was 3/4/22 at 8 AM. Since there is no shuttle service anymore I had to chose a time that I could stay to wait on the car. More

Greeted at once by very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. We took a test drive. I liked it right away, so we went right to the features and the pricing. He was very courteous, and not pushy. He certainly wasn't doing that. It helped that he told me about service after the sale. He was a good reason to buy the car there. Sales Manager was also clear, explained all the details, and was also not a hard sell. Just laid it all out. In all, I thought the dealership was certainly fine. Salesman even drove home with me to set my automatic garage door opener. That's real service!! More
