Brought my Ridgeline in for service. John Beeman from service greeted me once I stopped and got out of the vehicle. He called me by name and had all the information for my vehicle. John called me and I advised I would pick it up later. He said no problem, see you then. When I got to the service department, John was in a little meeting, but came out and took care of the paper work. He advised of some other services, but I could not do it then. He showed me what they fixed and explained the reason for the repair. Very nice. I would highly recommend Auto Nation Honda in Tucson and especially John for any service to your vehicle. More

The offer a sales man gave me to trade in my 2019 Honda and get another lease was shameful. It motivated me to buy the Honda myself and then decide what to do. Someone from your sales office told me to come there in person and the finance man would fill out the odometer form for me. That was incorrect so after one hour round-trip drive, the only lesson I learned was to get a name when you talk to somebody. I’m sorry it couldn’t have turned out better, I really wanted to just do this all in one step and walk away with a 2022 car. More
