The service was great. Mr. Beeman, the service manager, went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. The only thing that lacked was the fact the car was not washed after servicing. They didn't try to pull a "market adjustment" add on like many others dealers do today, however they told me they would give me a fair amount for a trade in then when I brought it in they low-balled me.
