This was my first experience with the service department and I was very pleased. Jon arranged a pit stop for me before I took my new car on a road trip. The service was great. Mr. Beeman, the service manager, went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. The only thing that lacked was the fact the car was not washed after servicing. The service advisors Jon, John & Scott were awesome. My advisor Jon was with another customer so the other John got me started. My Jon was off when I picked the vehicle up so Scott checked me out.
