Rosario was very helpful. He was thorough with his explanation and knew his cars. He was cordial and gracious. He helped us make the right choice for us and was very present and available. As per the car dealer in itself, We did not like that the extended warranty was offered only after we signed the contract and it had a $1600 dealer surcharge (as per GM admission). That part was not presented clearly upfront by the dealership and the GM explained to us that that was how it always works (??).
