The new phone service is awful. Please go back to direct call to local service team. I needed to get a hold of the local team as I was having my car towed to the dealership. I called many times and was call to local service team. I needed to get a hold of the local team as I was having my car towed to the dealership. I called many times and was only allowed to talk to a third party in a foreign country. Finally I got a call from the dealer because I was “late” to my appointment. But really my car had been towed the day before and keys were left with….still not sure. They could not find my car. I called the tow company (they answered locally) and told me they where they left it. Then guess what!?!? Multiple attempts I could not get back in contact with the local shop to inform them where the car was placed. Finally 5 hours later a someone new locally called and said they had my keys and were going to get the work done on it. I want to give this a 1 star rating but the actual local team is great. Once you can get a hold of them. Please go back to allowing the local team take calls directly. More

Phone system is horrible for setting up service appointments. However, Greg in service is great. He is precise, dedicated, personable and prompt. Parts department is also very professional. Do yourself a favor and quickly revamp your telephone system, before you lose business. If you are attempting to cut costs, initial interactions, are not the way to do it. More
