We bring all of Honda (2) for service as well as new purchases in Tucson. I always schedule my service with Mike Pescatore (who told me is leaving after 13 years). He is the most professional person in the Sales area. This last service was a mess and it was not in Mike's control and apologized for the whole mess. My Scheduled appointment was set in advance by week for a brake pad replacement at 57,500 miles on the vehicle. After an hour of waiting, Mike told me that they did not have the Honda Parts (brake pads) for my 2015 Crosstour. I like to replace parts with Honda Parts only. They checked with another Honda Service center in town and they didn't have them either. One would think that if there is a scheduled repair of brakes one week in advance that the parts would be there for repair. It is now three days after a worthless service trip for service and I still have not received a call that the parts are in and I can schedule my second service call to replace my brake pads - think about going to a brake place but I want Honda Parts. Mike is the best I have ever worked with at any Service Center for any auto I have owned. He was also upset that a scheduled service was not prepared with parts this far in advance. My Customer Service rating is always excellent when I have service ... but I cannot rate this service 5-star because of the lack of available parts for service. Mike is fantastic! More

I have been dealing with this dealership sense 2018. I get all my service work done there for my 2017 Pilot.
