We bought a Honda Odyssey about 3 weeks ago from Dobbs Honda. At first I dealt with the Internet manager, Pam Wilson, who was amazing to deal with. She gave me a straight up offer and gave us an amazing deal. I appreciated her candor and no pressure style. After we agreed on a price, we came in for a test drive and was greeted by Mike Branham. He was simply the most knowledgeable salesman I've ever dealt in a car dealership. Once again, there was very little pressure and he allowed the car to pretty much sell itself. He had all the answers to all our questions about the car, which I find to be rare. I once had a salesman who couldn't figure out how to work a car's navigation system that he was selling. All in all, it was outstanding experience overall. More
I had been considering a Honda Ridgeline for several years and had finally decided to seriously look at one. The staff at Dobbs Honda was friendly, considerate and knowledgeable and did not try to over years and had finally decided to seriously look at one. They answered all my questions and concerns even letting me drive the Ridgeline to my home to see how it fit in my garage. I had added a roof rack and while they didn't have it in stock they were very prompt in scheduling the installation. My overall experience was great. More
I brought my 2012 Honda Idyssey in for an oil change before I started my trip home. I also mentioned a sensor on the front left of the bumber was not working. I also told them this was a Canadian vehicl before I started my trip home. I also mentioned a sensor on the front left of the bumber was not working. I also told them this was a Canadian vehicle and the person that wrote up my order didn't think it would be covered by warranty as it was a Canadian vehicle. I replied that I understood. He told me it would be about an hour. I was satisfied with that. A different service person came to me with the workd order and it showed there was damage to the front bumper of the vehicle. I told him there was no damage that it was just a snsor that wasn't working. He thought it would be on warranty. After about 45 minutes to an hour the same service person returned and asked if it was a Canadian vehicle which I answered said it was. He then said he wondered as they couldn't find the part because of the V.I.N. He didn't bother to read the address on the top of the service order. At a little over an hour of half of sitting in the waiting room I was a bit angry and approached the first service rep I talked to and pointed out that it shouldn't take 1 1/2 hours to have an oil change. he agreed with me. The second rep then returned with my invoice and offered a free car wash explaining that the delay was cause by not finding the part as it was a Canadian vehicle. The invoice showed the car went in at 9:48 and was ready at 11:47. It also showed a promise time of 17:00. I was told 1 hour and not that it could take until closing to get the vehicle. I also discussed the matter that I had my name and address given to another car dealer in Tucson and was told that Honda U.S.A. gave that information out. I am not happy with that and I don't really believe the service rep. I will NOT everr deal with Dobb's Honda again and will tell people to avoid them as they don't need the frustration and poor service that I received. David Roberts Customer #4881408 More
I'm very pleased with my decision to buy a used car at Dobbs, and very happy with the CR-V itself! I test drove several similar crossovers from different manufacturers at various dealers in Tucson. The folks at Dobbs respected my desire to "keep in touch when the right car is available" and did not swamp my email and voicemail with follow-up calls like the others, which was greatly appreciated. The two reps I worked with put in a fair amount of effort looking for the color I wanted and understood I'd buy when the color I wanted was available at the right price. Ultimately I decided on a different color which was in stock and was available at the right price. I got a fair value for the trade-in on my 18-year old truck. The actual purchase was smooth, not too much pressure to buy extras (I did get the PermaSeal package though). Thumbs up for Dobbs! More
AVOID the service department! I called on a friday regarding a AC service to have my freon check because it was not blowing cold, i got quoted over the phone for $125 plus freon ($15 per pound, the gentlemen told me my car holds up to 2 pounds) he said i would probably be in the #150 range. He asked if i wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow (saturday), i told him i will think about it $150 seemed reasonable. I showed up on Saturday and i could not recall who i talked previously so i was given a "new" advisor. The advisor told me if i noticed the weather getting hot? like i am an idiot and the car doesnt need service even do it was 8am in the morning and the car was just brining the cool weather inside. The advisor took me inside and after 5 minutes told me it would be $112 for diagnostic plus $125 for AC plus Freon (over $200) i told him no i was quoted something else, he would not honor the $125, i asked to speak to the manager, they gave me his card. I left the dealership and called 5 minutes later to talk to Micheal Jones (if that is really his name) i explained him the situation and he said whatever they quoted is right.. without looking into the matter and he told me that i had other options when servicing my vehicle. Please avoid this dealer service like the plague. I will be contacting Honda Motor Company and cant wait to receive my service surveys. More
My servece advisor and mechanic team are the best I've ever experienced! I consider them as my friends, that show me concern for my car and my personal safty. Mike and JT have provided a personal interest in keeping my honda crv running smoothly and have cosistently help me to budget for up comimg repairs so that I can continue to enjoy my advocation without my being concerned about making it back out of the desert safly ! Monty Irwin has solved many problems for me over the last several years. As a result of our service experience, when it was time to get new cars recently, my husband and I went to Dobbs for our new CRV and O several years. As a result of our service experience, when it was time to get new cars recently, my husband and I went to Dobbs for our new CRV and Odyssey. My Odysseys have been serviced partly in Madison, Wisconsin and partly in Tucson. Problems that were "unsolvable" at the highly-rated Madison dealer were solved with very impressive puzzle work by Monty. In addition, he is very cost-consciencious and is diligent about finding out if something is covered by warranty or recall. This week he even got me new tires at less cost than Costco or Discount tire. He took my concern of a shimmy in the steering column seriously (it had been ignored in Madison) and found a problem with a coupling device that is now being fixed (under warranty!). I highly recommend Monty Irwin in the service department at Dobbs Honda!! More

My Service adviser is Mitchel Jones ,who always acknowledges me in a professional.friendly,confident manner.His expertise in being a Service Consultant is Exceptional in all areas. Making me feel in a comfort zone of what NEEDS my Honda has at that time of service and to ensure me that the highest quality of work will be completed......which has always been the case as the technicians are very reliable and competent.My vehicle is always done in a timely manner,I am notified by Mr Jones if there are any changes in time of completion or charges Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and accommodating which gives the customer complete confidence and peace of mind as to the attention of their vehicles.Thanks also to Jodee never without a friendly greeting..... Also Dan in sales. his promptness,kindness,knowledge and wisdom was GREATLY APPRECIATED with the purchase of my new Honda 2011.
