Monty Irwin has solved many problems for me over the last several years. As a result of our service experience, when it was time to get new cars recently, my husband and I went to Dobbs for our new CRV and O several years. My Odysseys have been serviced partly in Madison, Wisconsin and partly in Tucson. Problems that were "unsolvable" at the highly-rated Madison dealer were solved with very impressive puzzle work by Monty. In addition, he is very cost-consciencious and is diligent about finding out if something is covered by warranty or recall. This week he even got me new tires at less cost than Costco or Discount tire. He took my concern of a shimmy in the steering column seriously (it had been ignored in Madison) and found a problem with a coupling device that is now being fixed (under warranty!). I highly recommend Monty Irwin in the service department at Dobbs Honda!! More
