The people in this dealership were really great during my search for a new vehicle for my family. It took me about 2-3 weeks to decide as to which vehicle I would purchase and during that time both men were really helpful in my search for the specs I was after until the right vehicle came along. The process went smoothly from viewing, test driving the vehicle up until the final purchase. Everything I was looking for in a vehicle for my family was met thanks to the team in AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall. I was a pleasure working with Gregg. He was so courteous and thoughtful. He kept me advised every step of the way on the repairs needed on my Civic and the estimated cost. Even though the damage was totally my fault and could have been prevented, Gregg wasn't judgmental. We set up a plane so that I could have my car inspected every six months in order to head off a repeat situation. I look forward to working with Gregg again.. More

I received an email from the General Manager (Paul Peranzi) , 2 months after my attempt to purchase a new Honda at this dealership. I was certainly surprised, usually that email comes a day or 2 after Peranzi) , 2 months after my attempt to purchase a new Honda at this dealership. I was certainly surprised, usually that email comes a day or 2 after your visit. I replied to the General Manager's email . The response I received was not from him but from someone else. I can only assume the General Manager doesn't care. I purchased 2 new vehicles from AutoNation Toyota of Tempe last year. The experience was outstanding. I gave them a 5 star review. I didn't review this dealership until now (2 months later). Paul Peranzi (General Manager) having someone else reply is disrespectful. I can say you will not get a reasonable appraisal/trade value for your vehicle (trade-in) at this dealership. Take the time, drive to AutoNation Honda of Chandler or Tempe Honda , you will get a better deal. Both these dealerships will beat the appraisal/trade value you receive here by a minimum of $2k. It's just a matter of picking model, color, trim etc. More
