Isaid Palacios and team really worked with me and listened to my needs. I am so happy with my new CRV. Just what I wanted and the kiddos love it too. listened to my needs. I am so happy with my new CRV. Just what I wanted and the kiddos love it too. More
Sales person was knowledgeable. Here’s the but sandwich but pushed a great deal. When I was trying to sort out their inventory of cars The sales person barraged me with questions. Here’s the but sandwich but pushed a great deal. When I was trying to sort out their inventory of cars The sales person barraged me with questions. Very impatient. When I didn’t provide timely answers he barraged my partner. Buying process took over 4 hours. With very little roadmapping of what to expect. I was a sales manager myself at one time. I would put the salesperson in some retraining. Not a bad person simply not good at the job. The sale was made due to the car being a good fit to needs and budget which I nearly did not buy due to salesperson.. The finance manager was a great deal more polished, and responded correctly to my input. Alignment and tone two very much needed items in sales. Tucson itself is a slacker town and my expectations of service is gauged to this. The dealer is most likely no better or worse than the competitors. More
I visited AutoNation Honda for the 5th time with the same problem. The low tire pressure alarm kept going off. Again they could find anything wrong except for the fact all 4 tires had drop a few pounds of problem. The low tire pressure alarm kept going off. Again they could find anything wrong except for the fact all 4 tires had drop a few pounds of pressure. They re-inflated the tires to 35 pounds and told me if it comes on again check tire pressure to see if one is low and add air. This is my 3rd Honda and have never experienced problems like this. I same somewhat baffled. More
