I purchased my car new at this dealership and felt that the salesman had my best interest in mind. I was planning to buy a used Honda, but was led by the salesman to buy new for a lesser interest rate, ma the salesman had my best interest in mind. I have found the the cost of an oil change at the dealership is half of what it costs elsewhere. I can trust what I am told about other work that needs to be done; and advised what can wait and what needs to be done ASAP I can trust that the quality of work done is good. More
I took my car in for service for front brake service. I also informed the advisor that my seatbelt was not working properly (an important safety feature and I was always under the impression that Honda w I also informed the advisor that my seatbelt was not working properly (an important safety feature and I was always under the impression that Honda warrants seat belts for life (I’ve owned Honda. Vehicles for the past 32 years). The brake service went well but I was disappointed that they only lubricated my seatbelt as a “bandaid” for my problem. It is still not working effectively and I worry about my safety while being seatbelted in. Their remedy did not fix my problem. I would hope that after reading this they will contact me to bring the car back in so that they could fix it properly. Thank you. More

Just like everyone else, we are trying to get the best deal possible. I went to your AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall dealership3-4 times during my car shopping and I really felt treated like a number, definitely not good customer service at all. I was undecided between Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, and believe me Precision Toyota almost got my business because of their customer service and explanation of what features and benefits the vehicle has. I chose Honda because of my preference and self search I did, but definitely not because of the customer service experience. Making a customer feel great with the huge, important purchase they just made and assuring customer how good of a decision they made by purchasing your product with them would have made a big difference. When sent to the person that took my full cash payment, what I just mentioned would also have been great instead of just trying to sell you an additional up to $10,000 additional warranty. I truly regret giving my business to Auto Nation Honda, when I could have easily gone somewhere else for what I am sure could have been a better overall experience. More
