I was about to walk into dealership when my salesperson came out and greeted us.Donna was quick to ask how she could help us and immediately started showing us what she had on the lot.When what we were loo came out and greeted us.Donna was quick to ask how she could help us and immediately started showing us what she had on the lot.When what we were looking for was not available she then began showing us cars available in Phoenix.We found exactly what we wanted and Donna had it here in Tucson the next morning.We bought the car and process was very easy and better than expected as far as interest rate.I’ve had.a 2001 Honda Civic before and was very happy with the new 2019 Honda Civics as they are now very sporty looking.Loved them as soon as I saw them. I was met soon upon arrival by someone who took my information, and told me that he would let my service representative know that I had arrived for my 1:00 appointment. My service representative, Joh information, and told me that he would let my service representative know that I had arrived for my 1:00 appointment. My service representative, John Beeman, arrive shortly to go over my requested service. My service representative, John Beeman, went out of his way to be helpful. I am recovering from hip replacement surgery, and having difficulty walking. He helped me to a comfortable chair, got water and an ice cream bar for me, and estimated my wait to be about three hours. When my car was ready, he walked me out to my car and helped me in. This was very much appreciated. More

The dealership itself is clean and modern and well staffed. More importantly, it is staffed by people who are personable, caring, and competent. Everything was great except the wait, even with an appointment for recall item repair. Was told it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours, so I went to work. Was dropped off after two hours, and it took another appointment for recall item repair. Was told it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours, so I went to work. The vehicle I bought came with 2 fobs they lost 1 & never replaced it. Said they would and 4 months later I still do not have it. Ive contact my saleman and his manager just to get blown off.
