I visited the service department on 10/4/22 to have an oil change and regular service on my 2019 Honda CRV with 25,000 miles on it. I received a statement that said I needed to replace the AC compressor a oil change and regular service on my 2019 Honda CRV with 25,000 miles on it. I received a statement that said I needed to replace the AC compressor at the cost of $2,000 which I denied. I took my car to Arizona Auto Refrigeration and the fixed a leaking hose and added Freon for $525. I spoke to Paul Peranzi and told him I was very unhappy with the service I received. He told me he would chick into this problem he said he would call me back right away this was on 10/13/22 he never got back to me as of today. Then I received an email from Auto Nation on 10/13/22 saying that they would buy my car from me even though it needed repairs. I am glad I got a second option from Arizona Auto because I may have considered selling my car. I feel that I was targeted and I was going to be scammed out of my car. I am very dissatisfied with Auto nation this treatment was outrageous and discussing. This type of targeting is illegal if it is not it should be. I will never bring my car back this this establishment. More
We were very pleased with our dealings with AutoNation Tucson this week. We were able to look at a 2022 Honda CR-V EX in the color and interior we wanted. We really liked our salesman Bob Navarro. We were satisfied with the trade in we received on our 2017 Honda CR-V. We were treated very well by everyone, especially our salesman Bob. I cannot stress how important this was to us because we had a very negative experience at this dealership about 5 or 6 yrs ago when we were looking for a new Honda and trading in our old one. We did not buy from you at that time. So thx to Bob we were happy to buy from you this time! Thank you. More
Amazing service. I’ve been going to another dealership where I got my Honda from for the last two years and Honda has my car feeling brand new. The other place I’ve been going to had me thinking my car was supposed to scrape everytime I parked in my driveway or went over a bump lol! More
