Advisor made zero effort to look into using my extended warranty for coverage. I was told they’re usually closed on weekends. I took my car to the actual dealer, Acura, and they filed the claim on Satur warranty for coverage. I was told they’re usually closed on weekends. Recently had my 2017 Pilot looked at for a thumping sound and burning smell. They found cracking in the ball joints of the front end, but nothing with the smell.
