Extremely knowledgeable staff. Very professional. We didn't feel pressured. The test drive was excellent and the salesman took his time to explain all the features of the Passpor Very professional. Subsequent offer price for the Passport was offered. We explained to the salesman and his manager that we wanted to think it over and that was readily agreed to. Honestly I think it is utterly ridiculous to take nearly 2 hours for an oil change. I had an appt. and with that I should be out of the dealership in the hour. Whenever I had service done at the dealer i 2 hours for an oil change. I had an appt. and with that I should be out of the dealership in the hour. Whenever I had service done at the dealer in the Seattle area (and you can see I had all of my service done at Honda of Kirkland), the car was moved into the shop as we drew up the paperwork (after some initial checks). To have the service advisor "schedule" it into the shop after I arrive is not customer friendly. And yes, I understand repairs and service can take longer; I worked at a John Deere dealership. On another note, everyone was friendly and the mechanic was thorough. So the people working there were great. I have no qualms with your folks, just your process. Ron Newhard 425.239.3882 More
