She’s very courteous and it was smooth process entire tone. I’d also like you to acknowledge Matt in Parts Department. He has been Amazing each and every time I’ve come in to buy a Honda part or just any questions I’ve had ! Extremely helpful, and the type of person who you can tell appreciates you and life in general. I’ve been in and he was working at least 4xs and always same outlook and very helpful. You know the type of person that you encounter anywhere that after you leave you think of all you are grateful for as well ! The service people are very attentive , when you drive up, they are there immediately to greet you and ask what services you might need . Oh forgot to say. I’ve only met Adrianna once , but she , along with others let me know as my car was being serviced, what other services were recommended by the mechanics. No pressure, yet if I had questions about severity of possible issues if I was unable to do so right then -she explained it all , plus pricing I usually only don’t do it right then is for financial reason and …..congratulations on a great dealership. I went to this dealership based on how well my mom was treated. However, once the deal was signed, it all went South. It's been 6 plus months and my 2018 Mazda CX-9 has not been "fully delivered". It went back to get some minor cosmetics taken care of on the exterior, only to be given back to me with paint and scuff marks and footprints on the front and rear leather seats!! Loose trim around the wheel well was never fully repaired the 2 times I had brought it back and finally completely came off somewhere while driving! It's an embarrassment taking it to work functions. I understand the back log of getting parts but when its been 6 months and I can clearly see the part is available through other dealerships somebody is clearly not doing their job. When they pride themselves on 'no haggle' price, the vehicle should be in the best shape it can be. I will edit my review if something changes but so far, its been nothing to be excited about. I truly, at this point, have buyers remorse. More
We drove from PA to AZ over 4 days. When we arrived, the check engine light came on indicating an emission issue. I was able to obtain an appointment the next day. The issue was resolved while I waited for the vehicle. The facility is very clean and organized. Alex handled the process with friendly professionalism. I bought the car new in PA and we now live in AZ. We have always had all oil changes and issues handled by a dealership, and I am happy to have found this one here in Tucson. I will be back. More
