They booked me with an advisor that was off for the day. The person that took me in talked down to me when I told them MPG on my hybrid was not what it used to be and they could not test the hybrid battery. The person that took me in talked down to me when I told them MPG on my hybrid was not what it used to be and they could not test the hybrid battery. I used to get 38-42mph but am down to 28. They talked to me like I was a moron; I probably know more about the car than they do. I do not feel confident that they actually performed the inspection as there were they obvious errors and discrepancies. This experience has me trading the car in for a Lexus. More
