My only complaint was the addition of extra dealership charges that were not explained properly. They were all presented and I was walked through what they were for but because we had just talked about t charges that were not explained properly. They were all presented and I was walked through what they were for but because we had just talked about the extended warranty I was under the impression they were part of that. I was never told each had an additional charge that amounted to over $3700.00. Very slick and exactly how he was trained I’m sure. Richard is a very nice young man and I enjoyed him until this happened. This amount of upcharge will be taken off my loan. More
