John Beeman was very competent and on top of where his team was because we were taken through to our appointment on time, given an estimated service time and he was right on again. He spent the time to e team was because we were taken through to our appointment on time, given an estimated service time and he was right on again. He spent the time to explain the service even thought it was part of the contracted service agreement. He took the time to look through the waiting room instead of calling out our name, very sweet to do. He parked my car in the preferred customer pick up area, thank you John!! On May 17th 2022 I took one of my good friends to look for a car at Honda Auto Nation (Tucson Mall), when we got to the dealership we got approach very politely by a car sales man name Pedro Lozano, I was for a car at Honda Auto Nation (Tucson Mall), when we got to the dealership we got approach very politely by a car sales man name Pedro Lozano, I was looking for a small SUV, we quickly explained to him and we’re placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and the sales man rep handled us very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what we wanted based on our interests. Then Mario Bejarano handled the car trade and bank loan, we appreciate the great customer service of these both gentlemen, even though we had to wait close to 5 hours. Our worse experience buying a car was about to come when was time to meet with the Financial Rep. VINCENT ADAMS, This person try to sale us car coverage packages, we turned down his offers over and over then he started to act very rude to us, he made discrimination comments towards woman, he was laughing at us every time he was reading an agreement at the same time he was making sarcastic comments and he was even telling us that the car that we got is a luxury car and is going to break soon. Even he told us that he can do better interest rate than Mario offered us. I just told him twice to please finished the paperwork cause I have a meeting to attend. But he kept treating us that something bad might happen if we don’t buy the coverage packages that he was trying to sale us, we feel harassed all that time in his office next day I was reviewing the contract I even find out that the color of the car was wrong, missing paper work and agreements, etc. We spent almost 40 minutes listening to this horrible person and his sarcastic comments. I hope the General Manager Paul do something about this, cause having someone like this person in the company will hurt this company and will give this company bad reputation. I personally will not recomment this dealership base on the bad experience that we suffered. More

My battery died and I need to get it replaced right. When I called your Representative told me to bring the car right in and they would take care of it.
