The costumer service I received from Sedrik and Nick was next level. By far the best experience that I’ve ever had at a dealership. Sedrik was nice, funny, and super helpful! Responsive, process was efficient. I have a VPP, Safeguard and Sentinel plans and have bought Honda's for years, but the only bummer in the past has been the "upsell" from the service department. I expect it from sales and during these times of short inventory I would've expected it in service but it was fine. More
