Although I have purchased only 1 of my 3 Hondas from this dealership, I have used their service department for all 3. George Teffeteller (AKA - Junior) is my “service advisor” and he is both knowledgeable a dealership, I have used their service department for all 3. Is there any lower than a zero? That's my rating. I was attempting to buy a car off there lot and the online sale man told me he couldn't tell the price of the vehicle nor sale it t That's my rating. The customer service is a zero, attitude is a zero. If looking to purchase a car please go elsewhere as this is a lot that has no common sense and apparently not interested in selling any cars cash. I asked for sales manager, CEO, anyone higher up than the unprofessional person I spoke with but they refused. Hope they never sale a car and good luck staying in business. More
