VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED ON SATURDAY FEB THE 19TH. I HAD BOOKED A OIL CHANGE WITH JOE SHOBER FOR 8AM. WHEN I GOT THERE A GUY NANED CHARLES TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT 1 TO 1 AND 1/2 HOURS. FEB THE 19TH. I HAD BOOKED A OIL CHANGE WITH JOE SHOBER FOR 8AM. WHEN I GOT THERE A GUY NANED CHARLES TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT 1 TO 1 AND 1/2 HOURS. I TOLD HIM I HAD A APPT. HE SAID DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL BE AND I SAID NO. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 58.00 AND I SAID OK. WHEN IT WAS DONE IT WAS 83!!! THEY HAD USED SYNTHETIC OIL AND DID NOT ASK ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I BOUGHT MY CAR THERE AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD IT SERVICED THERE. IF THERE WAS ANY QUESTION ON WHAT OIL TO USE THEY COULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE RECORDS THERE OR ASKED ME BECAUSE I WAITED!!! I AM GLAD I WILL HAVE OTHER OPTIONS TO SERVICE MY CAR AND TO BUY MY NEXT CAR. More
