Great experience. Great service. I was on a road trip from the Smokies when my tire pressure light came on. I called a few auto mechanic shops as I got closer to Knoxville. They had me in and had me out within 2 hours! They also took time to fix a recall issue. I would go back again for routine maintenance if I lived in the city. More

I went in for an oil change and end up having my tires rotated and the transmission and brake fluids replaced as well. The work was done well. I haven't had any problems. The one thing I will say is that two hours seems like a very long time to wait for this work to be completed. I hope that this is only because there are fewer people available to work on the cars that come in because of Covid. More
