It all started with a phone call 200 miles away to AutoNation Honda where I was looking for the hard to find Honda Odyssey Elite. From that point forward Katie S. was so helpful. ZERO pressure to buy. She wanted to help me with what I wanted in a vehicle. She was not pushing a agenda. That sold me right there. After the 3.5 hr drive, I arrived and did not have to wait to be seen at all.
