I was shocked to realize it took2hrs and 30 min to get oil change, wiper blades, and cabin filter. I've been taking my Pilot Touring for 6 years since it was purchased from AutoNation. My visit this time was especially pleasant as the service advisor Brad Skinner did everything to make sure I was infor was purchased from AutoNation. He even took the time to get my husband on the phone to make sure there was a clear understanding of a missing bulkhead clip my husband had mentioned.
