Employees are always kind and courteous. But on my visit 10/22/21 Junior tells me that there is a nail in the left front tire that is not repairable and that I need to buy new tires. I took my car to Big O 10/22/21 Junior tells me that there is a nail in the left front tire that is not repairable and that I need to buy new tires. I took my car to Big O Tires where I purchased my tires a year and a half ago and was told they could not find a nail in any of the tires and that the tires do not need to be replaced. Since I know very little about the upkeep on a vehicle I rely on the service people to be honest with me. I'm very disappointed. More

Very disappointed that when I send my wife to get an oil change and get a noise looked at that the service center associate quotes us tires when they were changed within a year. Under no circumstances shoul change and get a noise looked at that the service center associate quotes us tires when they were changed within a year. Under no circumstances should I be quoted new tires for only a rotation and balance as my wife was told by the advisor. I don't appreciate the way business is being done and am seriously considering going to another dealership to get my service done at this point after going here with my two vehicles for three years. More
