It does not make sense to phone to schedule an appointment for an oil change and have the only available time slot almost 2 weeks later. Also, I showed up for my 9:00 am appointment at 8:50, and appointment for an oil change and have the only available time slot almost 2 weeks later. Also, I showed up for my 9:00 am appointment at 8:50, and, i was out at 11:15 am. It took almost 2 and 1/2 hour for an oil change and a tire rotation. I understand that you also perform some inspection steps, but good grief, this is crazy …. especially considering the fact that you knew two weeks in advance about this appointment. Am I making sense? Other than that, I love your employees. They are all very professional and cordial. More

Bill was very nice and called me when my vehicle was done. Very polite and nice. He had a part ordered for me that covered the oil filter. When I purchased the car, the part was missing.
