From the time, I came to the Autonation Honda, my service rep took care of me. Since it was urgent, they worked me in right away. I needed a car, and he(Honda) took care of it including the cost. Bill (William) called me and let me know it was ready and updated as needed, problem solved and I came to pick up my car and was in and out in minutes-That's Service! There is nothing more Bill (William) could have done to make my visit any better for his customer service is amazing along with the Honda team. I really appreciate the call( a warm body) vs a text to let me know what was wrong and also when my Honda was ready for pickup. He also took care of returning the rent a car, so I could go celebrate a family birthday without delay. All went well!!! More

First visit. On time service. I had brakes changed. Seem ok. Very pleasant staff. But they could not give me the battery test numbers when I asked for them.The billing paperwork said it was attached. When I called they did not have the numbers but she said the battery must be ok because it was checked off as ok. So my impression is that it may not have been tested and maybe other things were not properly looked at. So I have my doubts as to competence and honesty. I am very dissatisfied with Auto Nation Honda's business practice of substituting non-OE parts and addtives during oil change as a routine unless the customer opts out. Our most recent service appointment on July 27 (invoice # 786543) reflects that this substitution was made again during oil change on our 2019 Honda CR-V in spite of my verbal request at the time of scheduling with Rebecca to have only Honda parts used. I saw my comments reflected on the service schedule notes at the time of check-in with Jordan so I was confident that this would be honored. We were recently informed about your non-OE oil filter substitution practice by a Honda mechanic in the community. We hope that you will reconsider your communication practices at the service desk to give customer preference more weight. More
