The service department is definitely customer oriented. I'm always well taken care of and Junior goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy. I'm kept informed on what needs to be done and the price. The best thing is there are no surprises like I've had at many service departments. Yes they cost a little more than some shops but the work doesn't have to be redone. And I love the fact that the technician will send a photo of the cause of a problem that needs fixing. More
