I called AutoNation Honda to see if they could help me when my Odyssey battery was to weak to start the car. They said to bring it in and they would work me into their schedule. On arriving they promptly when my Odyssey battery was to weak to start the car. They said to bring it in and they would work me into their schedule. On arriving they promptly took care of the issue, testing the old battery and replacing it with a new one. Great, friendly service. More

They do not inspect used cats before they sell them. I purchased a 07 Corvette with 40K and within a week and less than 100 miles I had to replace a battery and harmonic balance that cost over $1700, I I purchased a 07 Corvette with 40K and within a week and less than 100 miles I had to replace a battery and harmonic balance that cost over $1700, It is no way this car was inspected. I told the salesperson the belts were making a noise and he said it needed belt spray. I’m waiting to see if I hear anything from AutoNation Honda Knoxville. I bet you I will not get a call. More
