I went in for routine service and was placed with the service representative, Danny E. He explained everything that was to be done. When they found that my brakes needed to be replaced, he explained service representative, Danny E. He explained everything that was to be done. When they found that my brakes needed to be replaced, he explained in detail what wold be done. During my wait, there was a wind storm taking the electricity out. Without electricity, nothing could be done, so they offered me a shuttle home, but I had a friend pick me up instead. The electricity didn't come back on until sometime during the night. My car was serviced quickly the next morning and I was able to leave to get ready for a trip. I have never had anything but great service at this location, but today was exceptional. More

I have not found this at other local Honda dealers. The Pilot we purchased had to be serviced by them before we could buy it. They did all the work they mentioned to be done and more. Even when the deal was done and about to walk away they did more. Joseph Chaaya said he didn't like the way the headlight covers were, yellowed from sun. He said make an appointment and we will clean them up like new for no charge. They did! Also should be mentioned. Monique in finance was also very diligent and friendly in her work.
