Took CRV last week which had been running fine but had been 19 months since last service. The inspection only took about 2 hrs which I appreciated. Battery was low and they replaced it because it was st been 19 months since last service. The inspection only took about 2 hrs which I appreciated. My son’s car was towed in because it wouldn’t start. The mechanic, Christian, called and kept me informed about it & was very helpful and extremely nice. It needed a new starter, which they actually h The mechanic, Christian, called and kept me informed about it & was very helpful and extremely nice. It needed a new starter, which they actually had in stock, so it was repaired the same day. It was pretty expensive, but I feel confident they did a good job that hopefully they will stand behind.
