The sales tech, David Amerine, was very courteous and friendly. He listened to my description of problems and the service that was performed addressed those problems. My only complaint is the cost. I value having my vehicle serviced at a Honda dealership at times to make sure that "everything Honda" is checked, but the services that can be done at many other places seem to be considerably more expensive than elsewhere. Junior was great! From the first call I made to him, to getting me checked in, to the conversation afterwards and my departure, it was all great. Service writer Danny captured the details of my service requirements exactly & precisely. Unfortunately, the "newbie" Express Service technician did not follow the instructions as written, and my wait was requirements exactly & precisely. Unfortunately, the "newbie" Express Service technician did not follow the instructions as written, and my wait was extended until everything requested was done. Service Writer Danny apologized for the "rookie" technicians oversight, and kept me informed during the delay. In the end, Danny helped me by discounting the service charge. In his words, "I can't give you back the extra time you had to wait, but I can give you back some of your money". He was absolutely correct, and gracious in doing that for me. I'll never know who the service technician was, and that is probably all the better. Here's hoping he learns how to read the service ticket and do all of the things listed on the service ticket. More
