I needed to replace my 25-year-old full-size truck. I wanted a mid-size truck, preferably electrified (EV, PHEV, or FHEV). When researching mid-size trucks with traditional ICE powertrains, the Honda Ridgeline fit my requirements best. Our last purchase experience at AutoNation Honda West Knoxville was so good that I did not consider any other dealers. I checked the online inventory. Fortunately, AutoNation Honda had the exact trim and color that I wanted in stock. I contacted the Sales team online and took delivery the next day. The sales and delivery processes went very smoothly. That represents my 9th Honda purchase since 1986. More
Bought a car and it broke down within 250 miles less than a week later. They fixed it for free but also told us they would cover the tow($400+) and would reminburse us. After weeks of trying to reach the person who said this and them not returning our calls I am done. This place is filled with scammers who just want to get you in a car and off their lot. Would 1000% not recommend their management at all. Update: I left 2 messages for the GM on Friday, 1 he wasn't in and the other he was not able to take my call. My 3rd and final attempt they sent me to Adam, who my fiancée was dealing with, voice-mail. Adam called me back on our way out of town and made it seem as though my fiancée was lying about the situation and that he was told 2 weeks ago that a refund was not going to done. This was not the case as he told him he would call him back and never did. I placed Adam on speaker phone to allow him to speak with both of us as we were in the car together. Adam quickly changed his tune and stated he would get with his GM and call us back. He called us back Saturday evening and stated that they would only reimburse us for $300 of the amount they said they would and I would need to take down my review. We said let us think and we will call you back Monday as we were out of town. We called back Monday on voice-mail and advised we wanted the full amount and we would delete the review or the $300 and we would update it saying we met in the middle. And as of my writing this Adam nor the GM have returned the call. This management is a joke. Update: we met in the middle for reimbursement. More
