I had an excellent service experience at AutoNation Honda West Knoxville recently. Since my car that was being serviced is my only means of transportation, I was having to wait while the service was being do West Knoxville recently. Since my car that was being serviced is my only means of transportation, I was having to wait while the service was being done. I was told to expect it to take about two hours. After about only one hour, my service rep, Brad Skinner, informed me that it was ready to go! Friendly, courteous, and fast! More
