After driving 2.5hrs to inspect the vehicle I found their staff attentive and accommodating (I was on crutches). Due to delays with my insurance settlement their sales manager Adrian was very helpful ensuring I didn’t have to fill out any more paperwork than what was absolutely necessary to temporarily finance my vehicle and be on my way in short order. The service and warranty options provided me exceeded my expectations for a used vehicle. Sales & Finance Rep were good. .but VERY DISAPPOINTED with Auto Nation Honda West & my purchase..was told "COVID"cleaning was done on my used vehicle..appeared that way just glancin .but VERY DISAPPOINTED with Auto Nation Honda West & my purchase..was told "COVID"cleaning was done on my used vehicle..appeared that way just glancing during the test drive,but after driving the car home I noticed a TERRIBLE SMELL with the A/C on (like a wet VERY dirty vacuum or dog). I decided to vacuum it myself & noticed Pet hair every where!! After vacuuming & leaving windows down to air out the HORRIBLE smell was still there, it got to the point where riding with the smell made me nauseous. I decided to change the cabin air filter, which I assumed Auto Nation HONDA had DONE as part of "COVID" cleaning before reselling the car. I was WRONG!!! The filter I removed was BROWN, full of pet hair,dirt & smelled Awful!! After changing the air filter & dumping a gallon of Odoban into the fabric the smell finally improved. A word of CAUTION when buying a used car from Auto Nation Honda West make sure it's really cleaned...I would expect a dirty smelly car from a no name dealer, but not from Honda.....very disappointed & regretful about my purchase. More
