Sales guy Mr. Bennet was extremely on task with texts and emails. He is customer focused! On the other hand the service dept needs help. I bought my truck June 1st knowing it needed a windshield replaced. Which Mr. Bennett made sure that I had the paperwork for the dealership to replace. Service dept reached out and gave me an appointment time and date, I accepted the time givin and I worked around the dealership schedule which meant I took a day off from my company that is already under staffed, gas prices being 4.59gal and I live in Sevierville area I arrived at 9:00am was greeted at the door! Was told a 3rd party would be arriving soon! I sat in the waiting room until around 11:30. I was again approached and was told my windshield had been returned to Ford! So now I’m stuck with trying to work out another day off from my company. I feel like the 3rd party should come to me at this point and replace my windshield ! More

Originally bought my 21’ Honda Accord Sport at a different location. Had it serviced at the location I bought it from. It felt like the service team or associates didn’t care about you or your car. different location. Had it serviced at the location I bought it from. It felt like the service team or associates didn’t care about you or your car. Only interested in money. They weren’t very helpful or strong in customer service. Needless to say I took my accord to Autonation and from the time I drove in and got checked in. I knew I had made the better choice. I worked with Daniel Lee and he has been great. Super personable!
