Hello, I tried to reach the lady who orignially called me in regards to the review after I was spoken to appallingly (with witnesses) but did not receive a call back. I will speak with her if she chooses to return my call. I have no desire to speak with anyone from this organization as I do not wish to be spoken down to again or an attempt to try to make me feel inferior. If you record your phone calls, I would urge you to listen to how customers are spoken to after the car is purchased.
