Honestly, I didn't go to the dealership to trade my car in, but I am certainly glad I did. The sales team listened to me talk about what I liked about the Honda Pilot I currently was driving and immediate in, but I am certainly glad I did. I love my new car and enjoyed the buying experience. However, I had a few questions regarding my trade in amount as it wasn't listed correctly and I was told that the tax savings from putting the car do However, I had a few questions regarding my trade in amount as it wasn't listed correctly and I was told that the tax savings from putting the car down as a down-payment included the trade in amount. Sneaky. The salesperson was great until I had an issue. He was very rude and when I said that I would need to hang up because of his tone, he hung up before me. I also have learned to he sure that you have the paper copy that shows the price breakdown before signing anything. All documents were completed on a tablet so I didn't really see the breakdown until I already bought the car. Very disappointed with the tactics but I do love the car. More
