Our salesman, Jason, was professional and responsive from the start. He had the cars we were interested in waiting for a text drive. He was knowledgeable and did not pressure us whatsoever. I agree with other reviewers about the extended time for having the oil changed in my CRV. It was over one and a half hours. If you all can't do better, I am going to another dealer to get my service work having the oil changed in my CRV. It was over one and a half hours. If you all can't do better, I am going to another dealer to get my service work done. Also, prices have gone out of sight. Some of this may be because of oil and labor costs, but is just another reason for me to try another dealer. I have bought 3 Hondas from you and one of the reasons I kept coming back was because of the excellent service department. I hope you can do better in the future. I was completely satisfied with our service guy. He was responsive and tried to satisfy me. More

My car would not start and I jump started it. I took it in to service to check it out. Junior was my service writer. He had my car checked and it was the battery. He took good care of me!
