He didn't give up on trying to find me the best deal and advising me with a caring heart instead of just trying to make money off of me. He took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle and that meant SO much to me!!! Joel Allen, one of the great Sales Managers (and incredibly handsome might I add), helped me with the financing. He was confident and so very pleasant to me! My financial manager that I signed off on everything with was Wesley Kim and he worked with me so determinedly trying to get me the best final price and advising me about protection programs; his help was much appreciated! I can't say enough about this place! I'm so glad I came here to buy. I adore my Hyundai Elantra, with its sleek design and all the added bells and whistles like bluetooth and backup camera. We came to buy a New Accent. Aid, Our sales person was very respectful and not too pushy. He informed us on questions on the Accent and Offered a Test drive. We purchased the New Vehicle instantly, we felt safe and well taken care of when visiting Auto nation Hyundai Mall of Ga. Defiantly a good place to purchase a car. Plus the Finance department is so fast and quick, they explained everything on my loan. After all, Aid Hooked up the Bluetooth system, helped me set the radio up and even showed me some cool features. I left with a smile. :D More
I started my Genesis coupe 2.0T two days ago, and it was like it did not get gas. It eventually started and down the road just started to choke like it does not get gas. I stopped and when trying to start it again it was just turning the engine. I had it towed in thinking is was some blockage somewhere or some sensor. The guy from the dealership call me to say the engine was seized because the oil was old. He looked at the sticker in the window, and yes I was way over my service. I always run my vehicles on Mobile One. I take blame for the fact that I did not have the oil changed on time, but I had no signs of any issues. No engine light, no oil light, temperature gauge was always low, even on that day it “seized”. The person at the dealership(Larry) just said it did not want to turn and when the opened it up they saw oil sludge. They refuse to repair it under warranty, the car has 44 0000 miles on the clock. I also purchased a Hyundai Protection plan for $1894 dollars (Platinum plan). I call the company in Florida to find out if they will cover it. The person told me no. When asking what the difference then is between a normal warranty and this expensive extended plan his answers was “is was not mandatory and nobody forced you to buy it” I am willing to go all the way with this, but for now just want to warn potential buyers to stay away from Mall Of Georgia Hyundai More

TeamHyundai had the vehicle and matched the price. Buying the car was a smooth process. Paula was a great salesperson to work with. She wanted to find the vehicle I wanted in my price range. She was not pushy at all, but came across very sincere in helping me with the purchase of my new vehicle. She even went out and bought lunch for me while I was waiting for all of the paperwork to go through! Paula was a new associate and AutoNation does a great job in their training because she was more helpful and knowledgeable that salespeople at other dealerships who had been there for years. On things she wasn't familiar with, a more experience salesperson, Leah, was there to help and she was great as well! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, as well as the process of the purchase from TeamHyundai. Stress-free. Worry-free. Unbeatable financing (seriously - I shopped around on my own for a week and was approved for multiple loans through various credit unions and their financing beat all of them). More
