Every time I go to this dealership I am always impressed by how quickly they are to fix my car. The men and women who work here are very nice and courteous to me. JANUARY 31, 2022 Spent 3 hours waiting to sign papers, even though we had an appointment, but they needed to close their monthly sales book (we were the last customers out at 9:30 pm). Because the car was turned around so fast, the dealership failed to find the oil leak that the car had--and we didn't notice the slow drip until late March. They still wanted $150 to diagnose and another $980 to replace the oil pressure switch and "contaminated" harness. Said it was a blowout (um, not). Took car to real Kia dealer who replaced switch and cleaned harness for $166. Will never go back to Autonation. More

Went in for oil change and said my car been sluggish when accelerating. Told I needed 4 new tires and wheel alignment. I questioned that would change sluggish acceleration.
