Drop off my car for service the night before. The day of the service it was after 4 pm and they had not called me. When I went to pick up, the person who delivers the cars was in a bad mood when in fact the one who should have been upset was me. Had a good experience buying 2022 Tucson in late November, but first time in for service was a bit disappointing. Service rep went right to car and didn’t greet me, nor direct me to where we were going to write up service ticket. The work done seemed okay but nearly two hours for simple services in a shop that didn’t seem all that busy was too long. More

Have always had good service in the past. In and out. This time after an hour and a half finally someone came and told me the computers were down and the couldn’t check me out.
