Some of the sales staff is ok to deal with. Be careful with the guy who will be making financial decisions if you have a trade in and are making a purchase. Unless you are adamant in your stance and stick to your convictions on what you want you may be fooled. Keep your eyes and ears open. Or try another dealership. Brought my car for a recall notice and wanted new wipers. Then service dept. recommended a new battery. It was the original and had felt a little something in starting it. So had that done too.
