I don't remember my salesmen's name, but they are all nice, non-pressuring sales people and those are the kind that I love to work with. Would recommend 10/10. More

BETTER THAN THE OTHER CAR DEALERSHIPS AROUND TOWN. I would list all the other car dealerships that were terrible to deal with, but then this review would probably never be posted. AutoNation Hyundai O'H would list all the other car dealerships that were terrible to deal with, but then this review would probably never be posted. AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare showed me respect from the beginning to the end of the car buying process. I told them what I wanted and the price that I was willing to pay. Although, I was not thrilled about having to purchase dent and appearance protection, overall, I was satisfied with the price that I paid. I could have walked away and said no to that extra protection but realize that driving in the city in harsh summer and winter conditions, that protection might come in handy. Honestly, until I have to use that protection, I won't know whether it was a good value or not. As long as there are no issues when it comes time to making a claim, I'll be glad that I took it. Should I have any problems down the road after paying that extra money, you can be sure that I won't purchase it again. Dealers have a lot to lose too. Should I attempt to make an appearance or dent protection claim with that extra insurance and I get bs about it, the dealership can be assured that I won't buy another vehicle there and I'll put the word out on social medial. So it is in the dealer's best interest to not sell something that is not going to be useful as the car ages. My car search revealed that all dealerships are going to add something to the price tag of the car to make a bigger profit. Compared to the other crap that I was being forced to pay by other dealerships such as shadow marking, nitrogen for the tires at $800 and other nonsense, in the end, this dealership treated me fairly. Darren Conwell was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Not your typical car salesman at all which I appreciate. And even the dreaded finance guy Brent was a pleasure to deal with. Naturally, he offered me some more options - it's what they do. But I never felt pressured. The best thing was that he was transparent throughout the process. He took his time and asked if I had any questions. I could have said no to everything but I accepted a few things that I thought might be worthwhile years down the road. Only time will tell whether I received a good value for what I paid. At this point, I am very satisfied and recommend this dealership to anyone. I hope that they will continue to treat me well and with respect now that I have already purchased the vehicle. I want to add that Darren took a lot of time to show me all the features of the car and would have spent his entire day answering my questions if I had any concerns. He even thought of things before I could raise the question. I cannot say enough kind things about this guy. By the way, I had purchased a 2022 Hyundai Venue Limited trim. Much praise for Kevin Campbell as well. He was also kind and helpful. More

Hyundai advertises complimentary maintenance (as in free maintenance for the first 3 years), however, when you learn the details, it is not totally free. Deceptive advertising (but not the dealer's fault). In fact the dealer contacted us after the purchase and they agreed to provide more transparency about exactly what maintenance is required, by when, and who pays. Will continue review later after seeing their progress. Overall, very impressed with dealership. More

went in for a recall with an appointment. Technician noticed battery failure. Replaced battery and took care of recall in less than 2 hours. Great service by Robert O.
