My reasoning for the 3 star review is mainly based on the service related to a basic question for staff there regarding a vehicle I purchased in September of 2020. The car was totaled over the 2021 Thanksgiving holiday, and State Farm had already paid the balance of the loan to the bank, and sent me a check in the mail. I had ONE question regarding the 84 month tire & wheel protection I purchased last year that I obviously non longer needed. Now I understand it sometimes gets busy at work for all of us, and we can't run around like crazy just to meet individual needs, but there is no reason as to why a simple inquiry can't be addressed by someone at a suburban car dealership in the span of 11 days. The timeline is as follows; -On 12/8/21 at 937am, I called and left a vmail for Kevin Campbell (CFS) on his office line to no answer. -On 12/13/21 at 227pm, I called Campbell's office line again and left a vmail to no answer. -As a follow up, I called the main number and spoke to Robert Goldstein (SP) who put me on hold to advise Campbell of my vmails and question. He returned and told me Campbell would be contacting me shortly, but nothing came of that. -On 12/15/21, I personally went to the dealership considering the former method of inquiry wasn't working. Immediately upon entering I was greeted and attended to by Joshua Gonzalez (sales associate). I told him why I was there, and he left to tell Campbell I was there. Upon returning he stated that Campbell was busy, and took my contact information (which was all already in their database as he pulled it up on his computer). I was told that if I did not receive a call from Campbell by 430pm, to let him (Gonzales) know so that he could address my matter. I did not call back at 430pm, because as I see it...he should have been the one calling me back or better yet, walking the 40 feet or so to Campbells office to find out if I was contacted yet and to then reach out to me. -As of this post its 12/16/21 at 1135am, 11 days and 4 contacts from my initial vmail, and I have yet to hear from anyone there. Again, I understand people get busy, but as I remember it, no one was this busy when I put 5k down on my vehicle purchase last year. Everyone had time, and I was offered water and a ride home. It makes me wonder how quickly I would've received any attention yesterday if I stated I was interested in the new Range Rover outside. When I walked in yesterday, the dealership had one customer inside, and about 4 visible salesman, nothing that resembled "busy". The buying experience last year was quick and painless. From beginning to end the entire process took about an hour. For that, I have to give the dealership a 4 or 5. But for the lack of enthusiasm/service since (including a service experience that I didn't mention), it deserves a 1. Five+1=6, divided by 2 =3. If you're looking for a good car and a pleasant buying experience, I recommend this dealership. If you're looking for anything beyond that and the pink license frames however, good luck. More
