I had run over a tractor tire on the expressway and it tore the shield behind the front grill. I called service at O'hare hyundai and got Bob Oberding, he said they were booked for the next couple of week tore the shield behind the front grill. He asked if I could bring it in and couldn't guarantee they'd get to it that day or the next. I took my Palisade in and he was able to get it looked at in less than as hour, got me an estimate, and could order the parts and work on it that day. Three hours later it was done and didn't even interrupt my day. Many thanks to Bob and it has been a pleasure working with him over the past years. More

After searching for a RAV4 for months and being turned away either because of no inventory or dealerships charging $1,000 - $5,000 over MSRP, I took a chance and visited AutoNation Hyundai one evening aft away either because of no inventory or dealerships charging $1,000 - $5,000 over MSRP, I took a chance and visited AutoNation Hyundai one evening after yet another disappointing experience at a Toyota dealership. The stars were aligned that evening as I met Kevin and Al. Kevin is one of the financial managers there, was extremely courteous, and pointed me to Al who was my sales guy. Al was no-nonsense straight-shooter that found me a vehicle that in most cases is better than the RAV4. I placed a hold on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience model scheduled to be delivered around early September. It was delivered on 8/27 and purchased it on 8/28. Brett was the financial advisor that took care of me and took care of me he did. Overall, I was extremely fortunate to stop in that evening. Kevin, Al, and Brett gave me a great car buying experience and I absolutely love my Tucson! Great alternative and even better compact SUV than the RAV4!!! More
